Professional Expertise

Strong background in Process Design and Basic Engineering for a wide range of industries Skilled in creating Design Basis, process philosophies, and engineering guidelines Expert in developing Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and Utility Distribution Diagrams (UDDs) Hands-on experience in equipment sizing, line sizing, pump hydraulics, and pressure drop calculations Proficient in preparing equipment and package specifications, process datasheets, and instrument datasheets Strong knowledge of process safety, including PSV/PRV sizing, flare load estimation, and safety device selection Experienced in mass balance, energy balance, and process optimization studies Skilled in reviewing engineering documents, design reports, and technical deliverables Worked as a Technical Interface between client and company for engineering coordination Excellent at working with multi discipline teams such as piping, mechanical, electrical, civil, and instrumentation Experience in HAZOP participation, risk identification, and process safety reviews Knowledge of utility systems, heat exchangers, reactors, separators, distillation columns, scrubbers, and other process equipment

Software & Simulation Expertise

Strong working knowledge of UNISIM, HTRI, KG Tower, and other process simulation tools Skilled in steady state and dynamic simulation for equipment design and performance checks Experience in preparing simulation models for heat exchangers, distillation columns, pumps, compressors, and reactors Ability to interpret simulation results and convert them into engineering deliverables

Industry Experience

Delivered engineering design services for Oil & Gas Processing Plants, Petrochemical and Chemical Plants, Fertilizer Units, Power Plants, Water Treatment and Effluent Treatment Plants, and Pharmaceutical Facilities Involved in Basic Engineering, Detail Engineering, FEED, and EPC projects Experience in vendor coordination, technical bid evaluation, and document review Supported site teams during commissioning, troubleshooting, and plant modifications
